Why I am following P90x, what a question anything else?

I have been using P90x product from a long time and generally people ask to me if it has worked then why I am still following it. If I have already got the shape that I want then why not stop doing P90x exercises. Well this is a question which many people asked to me and my answer to them is that it’s my will to keep my body fit for long.

My crap life has turned up to wow

I have been living life like a everyone, just doing what everyone do, just flowing in the direction in which life is moving, but this unbounded flow and unbounded life leads my life style to a very drastic point. I became physically so disrupted that it leads me in loosing confidence to move freely and to do whatever I want, to meet new people and to talk freely and that is the biggest blow in any girls life.

But by seeing my conditions my friends find P90x exercise program for me and give it to me to use it, I started using P90x on my friend’s insistence. In the beginning, it was a bit tough to follow. I even thought to leave it but my friends pressurized me to follow it regularly and thus I followed it regularly and after a very few days following P90x become easy for me. It completely changed my life and I started feeling a lot better than before. This is just about 6 months ago when I looked like a junk bag on with no fashion sense and no dressing style, and this was all because of my unhealthy diet and very dull routine with no exercises or workouts.
